ADI Project Management's Project Control System encompasses a range of systems and techniques to ensure efficient and effective progress throughout the Project Life Cycle, typically:

  1. Initial Contract Review Meeting
  2. Determination and Agreement of Project Plan and Timescale          Schedule
  3. Project Progress Monitoring against agreed Plan
  4. Effect Communication System with review and reporting, identifying deviations from Project Plan
  5. Design and Scope Change Control, managing requirement changes,      controlling impact to scope, costs and timescales
